about jeremy roberts

hi. i’m jeremy roberts. i spend most of my time wondering how to combine my two loves, the mountains and the oceans. the rest of my time is spent planning another expedition with my family or reading calvin and hobbes with my sons. other times, we’re playing with our dogs: finn, scout, rex and duke. i am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

i’m a conservationist. i have primarily focused on projects and causes that protect critical habitat, promote biodiversity, and decrease pollution. i am also supportive of groups that seek to increase representation and diversity in natural science. i am a member of the society for conservation biology and the society of vertebrate paleontology.

i am an explorer and adventurer. i have been fortunate enough to have had many adventures and gone on many expeditions—whether exploring ruins in salalah, oman, diving remote reefs in the caribbean sea, sailing the pacific, tagging sharks in the atlantic, discovering fossils in moab, utah, or exploring the jungles of antigua, guatemala. I have enjoyed some exciting adventures with my family and friends, and anticipate many more.
